Our hit products are rare earth Neodymium magnets and magnetic assemblies, which are manufactured in a state of ISO certified manufacturing facilities and almost all are tailor-made to meet our customer's specific project. Sintered magnetic ingots are produced in various shape in our manufacturing factory in Ganzhou, a city which is rich in "heavy" rare earth materials. These rough ingots will be shipped to Ningbo and then to be machined into final required dimensions and finished with required coating.
Due to our cutting edge machining technology, strict tolerances such as +/-0.002" namely +/-0.05mm can be reached to meet your demand. After be re-checked the quality of coating and dimensions, the magnets will be magnetized by magnetizing apparatus and then tested of magnetic surface field and finally well packed for sale.
The grade of our magnets is ranging from N35 to N52, the higher the grade, the stronger the magnetic power. These magnets are required to be working under 80 Centigrade, but our high performance material of H, UH and SH grade can work under 120 Centigrade, 150 Centigrade and 180 Centigrade.
Beside the various grade, Neodymium magnets are also in various shape such as block and plate shaped Neodymium magnets, disc and cylinder and ring shaped Neodymium magnets, Neodymium cup and pot magnets, also named as round base magnets, which can be with or without rubber case. Except for some regular ordered magnets we don't have much magnets in stock for your selection, while we can provide samples usually in 7-10 calendar days and bulk order in 20-25 calendar days.
